How do I access my requested quotation?
You will need to create a customer account using the same email you used on the Quotation Form. On your customer dashboard, under the ‘Request Quote’ tab, you may access all the quotes received from our network of manufacturers.
Am I able to request for a sample first?
Yes. On the Quotation Form, you are able to indicate that your request is for a sample order.
When can I expect to receive the quotation?
After submitting a Quotation Request, expect to wait for 2-3 business days.
How does H-Studio manage my payment for my order?
After you paid the full price of the service, only upto 50% of the deposit will be sent to the manufacturer to start your order, and only after you order is assessed by the H-Studio Team, your order will be shipped to you, and the manufacturer will attain the rest of the commission.
What happens if I don’t like my product?
You are able to file a return and receive back 50% of your payment.
